The residence is situated in Val d’Isère, in the “La Legettaz” neighbourhood , in the Espace Killy ski area, at the foot of the Solaise Massif, ski in and ski out. La Legettaz is a quiet residential area at about 800m from the main street of Val d’Isère, and in summer mid-way from the centre and the Manchet Valley where most summer activities take place. There is a free shuttle bus service in the resort.

This high standard residence (4 stars classification) has been entirely renovated and restructured in 2014. There are 24 apartments spread over the chalets built in traditional style from local stone and wood and doted with slate roofs. Apartments as well as common spaces have been rethought to offer more space and services such as a spa with sauna and steam-room, bigger living rooms, modern and functional kitchens, while keeping the charming and cosy side of a mountain residence.

The residence proposes different apartment types from the 2 rooms (2/4 persons) 35 m2 to the 6 rooms (10/12 persons) 127m2,2 of which are adapted for disabled people. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, west or south facing, with a magnificent view on the Bellevarde massif or/and on the Manchet Valley. Half way from the isolated apartment and the hotel, you benefit at the same time from the autonomy of an apartment and in particular for the meals and the advantage of an establishment with hotel services.
Benefit from a ski area & from a nature of exception.
Facing the Bellevarde massif that offers a magnificent view, with the Olympic slope of the “Face de Bellevarde”, skiers will ski down by the slope of “Epaule du Charvet” or the slope of “Santons”, arriving just at the foot of chalet 1. The slope continues then till the cable-car of Solaise, the snow front and the village in a few minutes. A free shuttle bus service of the resort is running in the area.
