Matsuhisa Saint-Tropez offers pan-Asian cuisine in all its splendour, with breathtaking views of the Pampelonne Bay. Keen sun worshippers can make an early start and enjoy breakfast on the beach at the hotel’s stylish beach club, Jardin Tropézina.
