The cuisine pays tribune to Provence with dishes like sautéed loin of lamb and aubergine caviar with olives, black garlic sauce and fried basil, served on our terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden, or in front of the chimney. Try the famous local speciality of Calisson, sweets flavoured with melon and orange.

Villa Gallici offers a special « Cézanne package » which includes a visit to the painter’s studio. Walk on the track of Cézanne, visiting the museum Granet, discover the famous Mont Saint Victoire, visit the special exhibit in Centre Caumont, or stroll at the Provencal market 3 days per week in the old city center, only at 5 minutes away walking....can make your stay unforgettable !!!
