InterContinental Lyon - Hotel Dieu

Heritage building.

Guests at the 144-room InterContinental Lyon – Hotel Dieu do more than simply visit a UNESCO World Heritage site – they stay in one. The emblematic 18th-century building, set along the banks of the Rhône, has been painstakingly restored and reimagined with a contemporary flair; original stone flooring and plaster walls are softened by custom silk prints by Hermes and screen panels, a tribute to the city’s former silk trade. Epona restaurant adds another feather to Lyon’s foodie-haven cap.

Where comfort & luxury blend.

Designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, a world reference in luxury hotel design, the 144 rooms and suites of the hotel offer magical views on the Rhône river, Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviere, our historic courtyards and more broadly, the city of Lyon.

Revisited traditional lyonnaise cuisine.

Between the Grand Dôme and the Small Dôme, Chef Mathieu Charrois invites you at the restaurant Epona to share local produce, in a convivial atmosphere.
