From the 22nd of September 2021, L’Ecrin - the fine-dining restaurant at Hôtel de Crillon - is offering guests a brand-new tasting experience. Wines now set the tone and diners are invited to discover a unique sensory experience, along with the art of French service and a tailor-made menu.
In a move away from standard menus, in this new experience, the Head Sommelier, Xavier Thuizat, will help diners choose the wines and number of courses before working together with the Chef, Boris Campanella, and the Pastry Chef, Matthieu Carlin, to create a perfect match. Each menu is therefore unique as it will vary according to the wines selected.
