December 2020 at Grandes Alpes hotel is marked by the opening of a new restaurant by the renowned 2 Michelin starred chef Sylvester Wahid, an adherent of modern French gastronomy.
Sylvestre Wahid is offering a comprehensive gastronomic experience for Les Grandes Alpes 1850: his individual table at Restaurant Sylvestre Wahid, the luxury sushi bar Alyas, as well as room service for hotel’s apartments and suites.
At Restaurant Sylvestre Wahid, the chef will offer his best dishes from a tasting menu featuring about fifteen items; the guests will get to enjoy his signature dishes reinterpreted for the occasion, including Tourteau du port de Roscoff or his lemon and seaweed dessert.
