As of late 2016, Il Salviatino is under the ownership of Tearose, founded in 1996 by Alessandra Rovati Vitali, pursuing her passion for the world of botany and with the aim of developing the art of floral composition in events and decorations in Italy. Today, Tearose Group is a unique world that combines events, hospitality, restaurants and lifestyle.
